“To make music with great musicians, to be responsive to them, to act on their impulses, and to realise my role in the ensemble is for me an immensely satisfying and fulfilling experience. If everything then melts into an organic whole, the feeling is simply indescribable.” - Randolf Stöck on his passion for chamber music.

Randolf Stöck is a frequent guest to the chamber music series of the Saarland and Southwest German Radio stations (among others, to the live broadcast ensemble concerts of the Saarland Radio). As his chamber music partners, he can name such internationally renowned musicians as the cellists Jens Peter Maintz and Manuel Fischer-Dieskau; the violist Harmut Rohde, the flautist Roswitha Staege, and many more. He appears regularly with members of the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie, the Saarländisches Staatsorchester and the Berliner Staatskappelle.

In 1999, a CD was produced with the Pegasus-Trio (Daniela Jung, violin and Anna Tyka, cello), featuring works from Robert Schumann and Dmitri Shostakovich.
